About inner attunement
This space is dedicated to bringing sensitive souls (Empath's, INFJ's, INFP's, and those with the huge hearts and burning passion to change the world!!) all together, to create a new vision of self-discovery. A new story line that consists of being deeply supported by a community of others who can relate to you. A tribal essence where we can be each others biggest fan, hold the torch for each others illumination and walk hand and heart forward to assist with the awakening that is happening on the planet. When we attune to ourselves, there is a rippling out that affects everyone around us. As the world turns on the lights, it is activating us to want to shine our lights even brighter. To become the natural born advocates of the heart that we truly are.
When we don't fit into the box of society, we start contorting ourselves to be anything other than who we really and truly are. We armor up, break off, and lock up our gifts, just so we can "fit" or at least try to make an attempt to. Most of us were raised in systems that did not see us through the magical heart-shaped glasses of who we truly are. So, we learned early to make ourselves smaller and maybe even shut off to our gifts.
In this space, we get an opportunity to begin re-learning what it means for our souls to be in community. We are wired for it. We are also hard-wired for healing. We get the choice to re-write the story by EXPERIENCING our own truth, building inner-trust, and welcoming the innate wisdom that lies within us. When we are in the truth of our experiences, everyone is Illuminated! That is why community is so divinely sacred... Just like my teachers taught me, when one of us gets a healing, we all get a healing.
I want to support you in finding your healing tribe to walk beside in your journey. I invite you with an open heart, open mind and open arms...let's become better humans, because we are the ones carrying the torch lovelies! We are the the leaders of the heart. We are the beings moving the energy of the planet into harmony. The time is now. The world needs you to be who you truly are. Your soul has been patiently waiting and it has waited all through out time to be here right now. So...Let's get to work :)

My name is Cassie Leigh Jones. My given spiritual names are Kriya-Shakti and Priya Bhagwati Kaur, meaning the "power to act" and the Lioness who connects to her creative flow of spirit by embodying. Both seem to fit :) I hold sacred space for people who are waking up to wanting something different in their lives by engaging compassionately with their innate wisdom, so that they can integrate and embody their authentic self. The results of working with me are to take you back before the story. To access freedom, aliveness, and growth from a place of softness and compassion. I can pull so many tools out of my Mary Poppins briefcase and put on my heart-shaped glasses to look at you through a multi-dimensional lens, as we are so so so much more than this mind. My anthem is I give the world human connection. I want to help you bridge your inner and outer worlds to integrate- mind, body, emotions, and soul. I totally geek out on all things ancient healing, metaphysical, neurological, human behavior, and sacred travel. I have the essence of a sage with a gypsy soul that loves to explore new towns and cities, meet new trees, and breath in textures and tastes. I get excited when I get to step into the creative space of planning experiences, retreats, and being a breathwork Divine DJ where I pair music with deep healing. |
